Oops, I forgot an important part
Okay, I'm trying again
I thought I had the important "stuff" covered with the last post until I started looking, again, at the photos. So I wanted to add more. I didn't want you to miss this.
We happened to get into Agrigento in the middle of the "Almond Flower Festival" which is held yearly. We got off the tour bus at the right time to watch a parade through town with bands representing the past conquerors (the photos are of the Arabs and French conquerors). I just had to send pictures of the parades but why would one celebrate conquerors?
There were many other things to see throughout the town too. Like a man who was not a mime and not a mannequin mimic but something capturing a bit of each plus a little clowning, too. There was quite a crowd around him.
We really must go back.

At the rooftop market in JoBurg, there was a man dressed like a warrior in animal skins... acting like a maniquin who moved every so often... but when you put money into his bucket, he very slowly reached around to shake your hand... and then, when he had it (your hand) he started dancing. Quite fun. We put quite a few coins into his bucket!
There were a few of those manneqin mimics when we were in Playa de Carma, but the best one was this bronze statue guy dressed like a cowboy. He really looked good in his bronze and stood very still. Every once in a while when someone was near him not paying attention he would scare them someway or another. Most of the other people there you could tell where people but this guy I did not realise at first while we were in the shops and I had then I realised that he had moved one of the times, so I started watching him.
Sis, I didn't get any pictures. Only little boxes with an x in each.
Sorry, I'm having the same problem and don't know how to fix it. Does anyone have any help for me?
